DeGratia Office was born from decades of our own Real Estate Investments, Construction and Management of residential and commercial properties.

We found that when it came to Commercial Real Estate that not everyone has the desire to sign a long term lease. That is why we developed the DeGratia Office Flexible Workspace portfolio to provide more opportunity for clients to work and build community the way they want to, no matter where they may be in their business journey.
